Morales Family 4 Life. Monday, January 17, 2011. All Daniel - All Boy! It's crazy to me how truly different boys are from girls. I had no idea until Daniel came around. I always thought that Abigail was just mellow and laid back. Who knows, she may still be that way overall, but I'm realizing that it had a lot to do with the fact that she is a female. Daniel is ALL OVER THE PLACE and ALWAYS ON THE MOVE! The boy can't sit still and he loves to be on the go. Too fast Dan - slow down! All Daniel - All Boy!

Morales Family 4 Life. Thursday, May 19, 2011. A breath of fresh air. Abby girl had a blast for her very first camping trip! She fell asleep right away in the tent by herself - we were just outside by the fire with friends - and she slept through the night. Although, I didn't much sleep however, because the mommy in me just kept waking at her every toss and turn to check on if she was bundled up or not to keep warm. It got down in the 30's overnight.it was cold! He's doing this funny little bit now.

July on the Fly. The month of July has been busy and full of small but wonderful moments. J and I have thoroughly enjoyed being home with Landon and Landon has been nothing but smiles (well almost) having mom and dad there with him all day. Daily we look at Landon and each other and are overcome with such satisfaction and love. I can't believe how much I love being a mom to Landon and a wife to J. Landon is growing sooooooo fast! Below are some of the highlights we have had in July. How cute are you!

I'm 30 and it is my 1st Fathers Day! Turning 30 happened the exact way I wanted it to. Quiet, slow, no big deal made about it and lots of time with my little family. The biggest birthday gift was the fact that the 9th was the last day I had to work for 10 weeks! We are so so so looking forward to our time with Landon. He is so much fun to watch grow. Marriage kicks ass when you are with a great woman! Safe to say it is a male lion. His favorite animals were ducks! You get the idea. Good times with friends.

Morales Family 4 Life. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Happy 4th of July friends! We had a really fun weekend for our holiday. Abigail had a friend's birthday party on Saturday at Pump It Up and had beads of sweat going down her cute little face. She had such a blast jumping up and down and going down large slides and giggling like crazy! She keeps saying, "At my next birthday, I want a princess jumpee with a big pink slide." Happy Birthday Lily Marie! So much fun at Kamp Kozlowski ;). We sure had fun on Sunday...

It has been awhile since we posted anything besides pictures. So for anyone who still reads our blog this is a life update. I could not start a life update without starting off with our precious new son. He tipped the scale today at 16 pounds. Lately he has been developing and doing new things each week, the biggest being rolling over. The rest of them have been stuff like grabbing things better or putting his big toe in his mouth. It has been an exciting month as parents. It seems like everything changes from week to week. It also feels as if the time is racing by. Landon is so incredibly happy all the time. He loves to hear himself and constantly screams loud short bursts no matter where we are. We call it Landon talk. The other biggy that happened is that he said "da da", and now says it all the time. He woke us up at two in the morning the other day by saying long drawn out "daaa, daaa's" Heart stopping stuff I tell ya!
