Spring break 小日記] Hiking @ Crowders Mountain State Park, NC. 這個週日原本要去camping，後來因為天氣可能不穩定、所以還是純hiking。 這樣也好，我就鬆了一口氣，因為我前一次camping已經是國中二年級、童軍宿營的事了:P. 一忙起來睡得也少，週五也有comprehensive exam、周六晚上又去看Duke game(怨). 另外來NC之後最經典的一次就是第一年fall break去smoky mt.的山路上. 醒著的時間比睡著的時間還少，一度下車之後、我們車的駕駛忍不住回頭問我：. 65378;山路這麼彎你都能睡嗎？你脖子不會痛嗎？｣. 第一個問當然是能 ，第二個是.沒感覺. 65378;因為換我當駕駛了啊啊啊 ｣. Wednesday, November 14, 2012. 材料有烤麩，冰糖，木耳、金針花、香菇(我用鈕扣菇、省事不用切:P)，醬油/蠔油，超的微焦的花生. 金針花、木耳、香菇要先泡開，其中因為香菇水很香可以入這道菜，所以泡香菇的水可以多一點. 另外可以用微波爐炒花生：花生拌一點點油，入微波爐，大概就一分鐘一分鐘的慢慢加熱，每過一分鐘就拉出來重拌一下，觀察顏色，大約5次就差不多了(約一碗的量的話). 生的烤麩切丁，大小約1.5*1.5cm左右. 接著可以準備鍋子、一點點油，加熱，鍋熱後先下香菇、金針和木耳. 至於醬汁，根據我同學的說法是｢隨心所欲｣XD.
