I've long held the belief that there are no grades of love, no fine divisions along some continuous or discrete scale that might make it easier to say we love our lovers better than our friends or our children better than our parents, except the middle child, because (of course) children have an order, too. I like to get my feet muddy on the trails. Morning run, 5.73km ( 500 or so meters while the gps got a lock), 00:45:19. Very slow, but I can feel that I am getting into a good rhythm, once I get my rhythm should start improving quickly. Had that funny period-pain thing at the start, but as usual it went away after the first 20 mins. It is funny to get up in the morning when it is so dark. Saw Pat's group while I was out too. The Porcupine Gorge Challenge is an annual run at Porcupine Gorge (funny that) which is about an hours drive north of Hughenden, which is 4 hours drive west of Townsville. The gorge is formed by Porcupine creek. The run starts in the gorge, runs up the gorge (the direction changes from year-to-year), U-turn to the start, then up and out of the gorge on a steep track. I like to get my feet muddy on the trails. Taping boobs with duct tape. Problem: Normal sports bra just doesn't do it for you support-wise. Or perhaps they just don't make them in your size. You could try an Enell bra which are very good, but here is an alternative if that is not available. In Australia it is PVC tape without the cloth backing.
