Streda, 20. marca 2013. Konečne bolo dnes v Bratislave pekné počasie a tak som mohol (aj keď stále vo vnútri) nafotiť jedno príjemné čajovanie. Rozhodol som sa pripravovať čaj Bada 2008 od Petra Staníka. Ktorý možno už viacerí poznáte. A k samotnému čaju. Ako už názov napovedá, čaj pochádza z. Prípravu som skúšal vo viacerých typoch hliny, ako aj v porceláne. Čaj mi chutil zo všetkého. Treba si vybrať to čo vám osobne sedí najviac a tiež čo vám momentálne pasne do atmosféry, ktorú chcete čajovaní...Bada ...

Štvrtok, 26. júla 2012. Gyokuro Fuuki and note about Umami. For the first time ever, I decided to write about Japanese tea :-) Today I will write about Gyokuro Fuuki from teamountain.cz. It is one of more basic gyokuros from their selection, but! It is still very high grade overall :-). Tea leaves for Fuuki (which means "Riches and honors") were harvested near Tanabe and Ayabe in Kyoto prefecture from Gokoh and Yabukita varietal. I used traditional way of preparing gyokuro. Štvrtok, 4. augusta 2011. Holiday tea session - Sheng from Ba Da Shan. As I mentioned before, Im enjoying holiday at Casta Papiernicka- a place where I go every summer since I was one year old :-) Last year I took some teaware and teas and discovered it was a brilliant idea! Preparing the tea in such a beautiful enviroment took the tea into different dimension. Of course I had to repeat such pleasant experience this year :-). I also have most of my teapots from his shop) and namely- Ba Da Shan 2011.

Piatok, 10. októbra 2014. Lístky pred opláchnutím majú typickú mlado-šengovskú kvetinovo-medovú vôňu. Avšak, naši. Kamaráti v nich pri kolektívnej degustácií našli aj náznaky čokolády. Po opláchnutí v lístkoch nachádzam aj limetkovú vôňu a miernu udenosť, ktorá je však prebíjaná sladkosťou. Prvý nálev je slabší, od druhého nálevu ma čaj pohosťuje s drevnato-medovkovou, nie trpkou, nie priveľmi prázdnou, avšak oproti Nake a Mannuo, nie veľmi osobitou chuťou. Mladé shnegy majú ten dar nesmiernej neskrotnos...

The leaves before the rinse unfolded mellifluous flavour with fragrance of forest fruit, overally so pungent that it reminded me of the atmosphere of last night dream. When I opened my window, then boiled the water in the kettle and I saw the seam rising in clouds up in to the air heavier than others days. I knew that today is a good day for tea.
