Tisdag 25 augusti 2015. Nu har jag kört igenom en hel del viner från kombinationen St-Aubin och 2103, och det är bara att buga och bocka.bra skit nästan över hela linjen. Dagens flaska är ett lätt omtest av 2013 St-Aubin 1er cru "La Chatenière", Marc Colin et Fils. Här kombinerar doftkvasten en släng citron med gult äpple och melon, allt inbäddat i smörig fetma. Söndag 22 februari 2015. En producent som alltid levererar i mitt tycke är Arnaud Ente. Det mest häpnadsväckande har varit hans alldeles lysande prestationer med basnivån Bourgogne Chardonnay.
