Medfield's Premier Men's Soccer Team. No, really. Monday, June 15, 2009. SEASON WRAP-UP - Games 9 and 10. 0-0 Tie with Franklin. Solid defense (again). Couldn't break through with a goal of our own (again). Sheesh. 1-0 Loss to Needham Masters. Oy-vey. Brian has a ball just tipped over the bar by the Needham keeper. Maybe the best save of the year kept us off the scoreboard. The following teams are headed into our Division: Brockton-based Kel Kau Masters, Newton Brigada (10-0 with a 37 Goal differential!

Medfield's Premier Men's Soccer Team. No, really. Sunday, May 31, 2009. Game 8 - 2-zip at Mendon-Upton. Game 8 - At Mendon-Upton. We had a nice morning in the country, beating the Mendon-Upton Divided side 2-0. I'll say it wasn't as close as the score indicated. The front developed a bunch of chances, and only poor aim on the frame kept it in reach for the M-U D guys. It might have been that finding the field was the most challenging part of the morning (for some). We're tied for first with Franklin!

Medfield's Premier Men's Soccer Team. No, really. Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Kicking in for Charity - How it works. Figuring out how much is in the kitty is easy. For any week, it's a two step process:. 1) Each of the first three goals scored in a match by Medfield FC is worth $10 into the pot. 2) Every goal NOT scored (out of 3) by Medfield FC's opponent is worth $10. Week 5 (May 10), we lost 3-5. $30 for goals scored, $0 for goals avoided (we went over the 3 goals allowed ceiling). Kicking It For Charity!
