Don't Wanna Miss a Thang: Spring Fever in January
http://dontwannamissathang.blogspot.com/2011/01/spring-fever-in-january.html
Saturday, January 29, 2011. Spring Fever in January. This winter has been cold and full of Winter Weather advisories and Winter Storm warnings and all the problems that causes. I don't mind winter at all if I can snug as bug in the house and not have to venture out to work or anywhere else for that matter. I've just had enough of it already and it's not even February yet. Spring and Fall are my favorite months. I've just created a website. January 29, 2011 at 8:50 PM. January 29, 2011 at 10:34 PM. Roadki...

http://dontwannamissathang.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 29, 2010. Lord Don't Let Me Miss One Thing. A few days ago I had the privilege of seeing a great man in concert. He's been blind since birth. One of my most favorite songs that he sings is "Don't Let Me Miss the Glory". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Visits to my Blog. Powered by web analytics. Mennonite Girls Can Cook. Don't Wanna Miss a Thang: 9.11.2001
http://dontwannamissathang.blogspot.com/2010/09/9112001.html
Saturday, September 11, 2010. I woke up early this morning (OK 7:30 is early, right? Not knowing or understanding anything about terrorists and all that at the time, my mind could not even wrap itself around what was taking place. That day and for many days ahead our world did sort of stop turning, but for many others throughout the world that lost loved ones that day the pain lingers still. I will never forget that day. Where were you on September 11, 2011? September 11, 2010 at 4:00 PM. A Whisk and A P...

Don't Wanna Miss a Thang: Kettle Corn
http://dontwannamissathang.blogspot.com/2010/09/kettle-corn.html
Sunday, September 12, 2010. While in Amish Country last month we visited one of the many farm stands "Herschberger's". There was a delightful Amish man there cooking Kettle Corn and we got to chat with him for a while. He had a pretty unique rig set up to cook his corn. It was quite yummy too. Today the hubby and I got a hankerin' for Kettle Corn so we decided to make some. 1/4 cup cooking oil. 1/4 cup white sugar. 1/2 cup corn kernels. Heat oil in a heavy pot (be sure to have a lid that fits). A Whisk a...

http://dontwannamissathang.blogspot.com/2010/09/view-from-here.html
Saturday, September 11, 2010. The View from Here. Some days are just porch sittin days. I'm ready for fall this year. I'm weary of the hot days. I think I'll head back out to the swing to read if Mother Nature will let me. If not, then I'll just enjoy the sights and sounds that we're blessed with. Our new porch rooster. Still lots of tomatoes on our vines. And sweet pepper pods. September 11, 2010 at 4:06 PM. Your front porch is beautiful and looks so inviting! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Inn...
