Dal punto di vista eno-gastronomico la città è conosciuta principalmente per due cose: il radicchio rosso di Treviso (di cui abbiamo già parlato in un precedente post. E lo Spritz (un aperitivo molto apprezzato dai giovani trevigiani). Lo Spritz, in realtà di origine austriaca, è semplicemente vino bianco allungato con l'acqua, ma da una decina di anni a questa parte viene aggiunto anche Aperol, Campari o Select, e l'immancabile fettina di arancia.
