Friday, 12 March 2010. Long time no blog. Hello there, sorry that I have been so remiss at keeping up this blog. Life here is good, especially as spring is just around the corner, looking forward to the cherry blossom season next month. My classes are going well, a nice variety of kids classes, adult classes at a couple of schools and a few private classes as well. From April I will be teaching one class a week at a local women's university which will be an exciting (and rather scary) new challenge!

Saturday, 6 June 2009. Brillo pads and marigolds. After a week of packing, cleaning, and scrubbing, we finally handed the key to the restaurant back on Monday evening, June1st. It was actually a day earlier than expected as I'd been called up for an op to remove a couple of wisdom teeth on the Tuesday. We couldn't have got everything done without help and support, so thank you to those people, we owe you one! 4 wisdom teeth and one "extra" tooth that was tucked away behind one of my wisdom teeth!

Friday, 21 August 2009. Hi anyone who has been patient enough to wait from me to get round to posting something. Well we;ve got a house, a car, mobiles and some furniture、leaving just the small factors of a job to pay for it all and a nursery for the kids to enable me work! I had forgotten how disgustingly hot Japanese summer is, probably just as well! I miss England enough as it is!
