Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Shop 'til you drop. Rainy day boredom hit our household hard today. After being stuck inside all afternoon, Ollie and I hit the grocery store to kill time until dinner. Shopping at QFC is one of Ollie's favorite activities. There is so much for him to look at; shiny lights, holiday decorations (right now its an odd combo of St. Paddy's Day and Easter), and friendly seniors who stop to pinch his cheeks. What do you do to cure the rainy day blues? Still, it's worth a shot.

Friday, October 25, 2013. Alex and Ollie left early this morning for Texas so I'm all by my lonesome for the weekend. It's only been an hour and it's already weird not having them in the house. Hopefully I will get over missing them and get some relaxation in soon! I was sad to skip out on the annual Texas trip this year, but I'm excited to be Corina's Godmother at her baptism this weekend! And I know Alex and Ollie will have a great time visiting the ranch and seeing all the cows. Hes gonna love it!
