wonderful life: November 2011
http://thestitthome.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
We might not have it all together, but together we have it all. Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Well she is (almost) done. Everyone had a head cold last week and that put us behind in so many ways. I did have enough energy to put some paint on the desk and bring it into Caitlin's room. I just need to buy trim for the top and bottom. Till then, it's getting some good use! Caitlin loves her new desk :). I even made her a cute space to hang her art work so she won't draw on the desk! So far so good!

We might not have it all together, but together we have it all. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Caitlin was eating lunch a few days ago and noticed a loose tooth! She's been wiggling it every day! I made her a, "Tooth Pillow". It's a cute little place to put her tooth for when it comes out. She's hoping to get a $1,000.00 from the tooth fairy! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Little Bit of This. Show & Tell: January 2010
http://nanwilcox.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 2, 2010. I made a playhouse for all of our grandchildren - in the closet under our stairs. Evie, our 3 year old granddaughter, was enthralled Christmas day when she went on a hunt for our play kitchen and found it behind a door that she had never noticed before. If you come over when Evie is here prepare to be invited to "her house" and remember to duck your head. I've spent more time in this closet in the last week than I did in the 7 years that we have lived here. That's not a hint.

Show & Tell: Ella's Baby Bed
http://nanwilcox.blogspot.com/2011/03/ellas-baby-bed.html
Saturday, March 5, 2011. Baby Ella arrived yesterday! She'll be going home soon to sleep in this beautiful bedding that her mommy designed just for her. Isn't it delicious? I put it all together with monogramming help from Megan. I love Ellas bedding! Jennifer did such a good job designing it and you did a great job putting it all together. I hope to go meet her soon and see her room all together! March 21, 2011 at 10:18 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Show & Tell: July 2009
http://nanwilcox.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 7, 2009. My new header is a picture of the "inspiration board" that hangs above the worktable in my sewing room. I made the board and took the photo, but Megan did the hardest part; she put it on my blog header. Thanx, Babe! Our den for 18 months; since we had brick floors installed. (Not exactly one of those quick redos. I loved the floors but, everything else felt so dark, I wanted to lighten the furniture and accessories. Here are some of the results. I painted, monogrammed. Here is the ...

Show & Tell: March 2011
http://nanwilcox.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 28, 2011. Meg and I have been working on redecorating her girls' room for. a while. Meg has chosen adorable fabrics, curtains, paint colors and accessories and has arranged them all so creatively. I offered to do the sewing and upholstery projects. Her "Relax Chair" was purchased many years before she was born at a yard sale for $5. A little paint and more PBK fabric made it just right for their room. I made the lumbar pillow from a blouse that I bought for $1. It was no longer in style...

wonderful life: May 2012
http://thestitthome.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
We might not have it all together, but together we have it all. Thursday, May 10, 2012. I made this for Mothers Day. It's a bunch of my material scraps, tied around a wire coat hanger. Caitlin helped, and would hold up a piece say, " this was a skirt you made me" or, " this was my pajamas". It was sweet of her to remember all the things mom has made for her. I took a piece of wood and painted it with Chalk Board Paint, then attached it around the top of the hanger with floral wire. A Little Bit of This.

You Call Me Out Upon The Waters | Live Life Loved.
https://livelifeloved.wordpress.com/2014/04/12/you-call-me-out-upon-the-waters
College life without limits. You Call Me Out Upon The Waters. April 12, 2014. April 12, 2014. This week, moreover this semester, has been about surrendering. I started off the semester at a Cru conference where the theme was “surrendering” and honestly had no idea that I was on my way to starting a long journey towards freedom in The Lord. Knew what was best for me. Chose my plan over His. Let me tell you how that went…and how it will always. Partake in expanding the Kingdom- which is much worse. Whi...
