Carole treks East: December 2010
http://caroletrekseast.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 31, 2010. Physically I am uncomfortable, but making improvements with each week. Mentally, the ordeal was extremely stressful and frustrating because I had no control over what was happening in my body. I am where I am today thanks to my surgeon and infectious disease doctors from Hershey Medical Center. I could not have come this far without their expertise. I highly commend their professionalism and personal concern for their patients. My wheels have not yet come off! Dec 2, 2010.

I am very happy that I was given the opportunity to make that decision by myself! Many ideas of what to do and will take my time making decisions about what I will do! The good news is that I didn't get infected this time! Thanks Dr. Darowish! I hope all are well and still riding! If you ever come through Gettysburg, be sure and stop! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). http://caroletrekseast.blogspot.com/2011/11/happy-thanksgiving.html
Thursday, November 24, 2011. Toward the end of June, I flew to Seattle and met a friend and my sister. We rented bikes and did some of the paved trails there. I did ride across this bridge! It was a test to see how my hip would hold up on back to back days of riding. I was able to have dinner with two of the riders from my cross country ride. It was great seeing them! I hope all of you have had a great year and are doing well! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Also you can click on Satellite or Terrain...

After 32 miles through Eastern New York we crossed the Vermont border. I knew we were on to something when the welcome to Vermont sign had Kerry-Edwards signs stuck to it . progressive in a retro way? And they would enthusiastically say Yes.
