Showcasing the Best of British. Tuesday, September 17, 2013. The Best Historical drama ever made. The year was 1995, and a TV dramatization of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice hit the small screen. I didn’t watch the first of six episodes because I truly hate historical dramas, but I happened to be visiting family who insisted that I watched the second episode. Kylee, the formative years. Monday, November 10, 2014. It;s called ‘Pneumonia’ and is very debilitating, especially for a young child. Kylee had three weeks of it, time away from school, and it has left her a little behind in what her class has been doing. She will catch up of course, being a smart child with an unwillingness to come in second to anybody, but it is going to require some hard work on her part and an insistence on ours that it is done. Kylee, you can do it, but it may not be tomorrow.

I paid a visit to one of the outlets yesterday, and ordered a Big Mac and a Signature wrap Combo. Fast it wasn’t. Five minutes to produce a Signature Wrap that included the equivalent of ONE ‘Janes’ chicken finger and a tiny amount of salad. The burger patties in the Big Mac were smaller than the average cardboard drinks coaster found in bars, and were the driest looking things I have ever seen.

Monday, September 21, 2009. Reading his new Mickey Mouse book with Dad. I am not very crafty or creative and really have only decorated one other cake (the T-Rex for Rex's 3rd bday) so I was pretty happy with the result. It even tasted good too! Asa really likes dogs so he thought the cake was pretty cool. My little 2 year old! Looking at the empty egg. The dinosaur came up through the egg. The boys would look at it often to tell me if there was a new crack or how big the hole was. Dipping it in the water.
