話を戻しますが、なぜ今日が記念すべき日になったかというと、10キロを息を切らすことなく、脚も痛くならずに楽々と走ってしまったのです 今日は10キロ走るぞ と気合を入れて走っていたわけではなく、何となく調子がいいのでもう少し行ってみようか なんてところから始まりました。 そうそう、いつも言っている 楽に 力をいれずに でした。 先日 1ヶ月も前になってしまう 、スコット ジュレクの講演会に行ってきた。 少し面白くなってきた私は BORN TO RUN 走るために生まれた という本に出会った。 この本は どうして走ると足はいたむのか という筆者の疑問からメキシコ北部の渓谷に住む走る部族タラウマラとの出会い、そして古代から人間は走り続けてきたという文化人類学的なテーマを織り交ぜながら書かれたニューヨークタイムズのベストセラーにもなったノンフィクションの本で、スコット ジュレクはその中でアメリカ人ランナーとして紹介されている。 余談だが、何とこのフィルム、あのジェームズ キャメロン タイタニックやアバターの監督 が一部同行し撮影したそうで、今後映画になるかもしれないという話 上映されたら是非見てみたい.
