Robert Laycock and Anne Fletcher. The daughter of Jonelle and Samuel Wong and the granddaughter of Tommy and Maybelle Ow, her maternal grandparents. She was born and raised in Yuba City but has since moved to Sacramento. Amber was also the 2008 Bok Kai Hostess and is excited to be able to represent the Marysville Chinese Community again! Amber’s best memories of the parade are going with her family - watching the martial arts demonstrations and of course the lion dancers! 2016 Bok Kai Co-grand marshals.
