Barbecue salmon and vegetables. January 22, 2015. The olive oil is added last, so you can vary how much goes on each plate (there’s really no such thing as ‘too much’ olive oil in this dish). If you want to increase the fat content further, top the vegetables with some feta. Yummy. 2 150g salmon fillets, skin on. 2 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, and then into 5mm thick slices lengthwise. 6 spring onions, outermost layer removed. Good quality olive oil for drizzling. Juice of half a lemon. You are comm...

January 30, 2015. The next timeI made it, I tried to add some extra fat into the recipe by mixing coconut milk powder into the dressing. It was so good I practically drank it. I’d also recommend the coconut milk version for anyone who doesn’t like too much chilli. 2 fresh red thai chillies, seeded and coarsely chopped. 1 stick lemongrass, coarsely chopped. 2/3 bunch fresh coriander. 1/3 cup lime juice. 1 tablespoon fish sauce. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 2 tablespoons coconut milk powder. 400g been rump steak.

12 things I learned from #12monthsofgoals | CF Kitchen
https://cfkitchen.wordpress.com/2015/01/24/12-things-i-learned-from-12monthsofgoals
12 things I learned from #12monthsofgoals. January 24, 2015. Last year, rather than setting any new year’s resolutions, I set my sights a bit smaller – January resolutions. And then at the end of the month, having knocked almost all of those goals over, I started again. Setting new goals every month was really valuable for me, and this is what I learnt:. 1) Concrete goals, flexible path. 2) Focus on forming habits. 3) Find the projects that will make life better. 4) Some things aren’t right for me. Every day is an adventure. Feels Like a Slap in the Face. September 1, 2016. September 1, 2016. The last few weeks have been nothing short of brutal. We have been receiving huge quantities of packages, which is great! The hours are very long. I’m thankful for the hours and the paychecks! In my smart ass fashion I replied, Of course not because you have never done it! Ok back to the 31. Nobody on the ramp was told anything about this celebration and as it turned out there was only enough cake for about 1/4.
