I’m super thrilled to share that I’ve finally gotten through a plateau I’ve been at for about a month! I was bouncing around 76-79 lbs lost for 3-4 weeks and finally decided to get serious again about committing to all the tips I’ve shared with you guys. 368 kg, but who’s counting 😉.
