The Pelfreys: March 2014
http://thepelfreys1.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 22, 2014. Look what I've been up to. Easy peasy grapevine wreath, some silk flower, and a hot glue gun made a cute new springtime wreath. A couple of friends and I whipped these together last Saturday after looking at some pictures on Pinterest. The best part of the St. Patrick's Day projects is they were free! We made them entirely out of scraps and materials we already had. Decide on a color for the front room! Dan and Heather Pelfrey. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dan and Heather Pelfrey.

The Pelfreys: February 2014

Saturday, February 15, 2014. Happy 2nd Birthday Austin! My sweet little Valentine baby turned two on Friday. I can't believe how fast he's growing up! He used to be my little chunk of baby chub and now he's a happy, hyper two year old. Austin loved his star ballons. He opened his presents (with lots of help from his brother and cousins). Austin was very good at giving thank-you hugs to the family. Austin and Addy are only four months apart and they love playing together. It was good stuff! Dan sported th...

The Pelfreys: Happy Christmas Eve!
http://thepelfreys1.blogspot.com/2015/04/happy-christmas-eve.html
Friday, April 24, 2015. The family and I spent our Christmas Eve over at Dickeys. The boys and I went over in the evening since it was pretty slow and only a few customers were trickling in to pick up their pre-ordered Holiday feasts or eat delicious BBQ for Christmas Eve. The boys ate their Mac and Cheese and ham while I dug into a delicious baked potato and fixings smothered in brisket (I've been craving these a lot lately! Dan and Heather Pelfrey. I love that last picture of your boys! Dan and I met i...

http://thepelfreys1.blogspot.com/2014/12/christmas-party-and-meeting-santa.html
Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Christmas Party and Meeting Santa! Our ward hosted a pretty wonderful Christmas party with dinner, entertainment and Santa Claus. Dan was still in Texas with his family so I took the boys over so they could meet Santa and they were so excited! They eagerly waited in line with the other kids. When it was their turn, Austin immediately ran up to him and crawled onto his knee. When Santa asked what he wanted for Christmas, Austin promptly said, "Mickey Mouse! Ethan was very conce...

Ethan's First Day of Preschool. Ethan had his first day of his new preschool on Monday. He was so excited to go to school and "learn stuff" as he stated. He helped me pick out his first day of school outfit and proudly held up his sign out on the front porch. He has school every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The Pelfreys: Christmas Morning!
http://thepelfreys1.blogspot.com/2015/04/christmas-morning.html
Friday, April 24, 2015. The boys woke us up bright and early Christmas morning! They were so excited to go see if Santa came to our house. They patiently waited on the stairs until Dan and I were ready for them to come downstairs. I got this cute video of them checking out what Santa left them! I love how excited Austin was about the missing cookies and milk! Ethan loves his new bike! It's still a little big for him but he told me that it's because Santa knows that he's growing up! We love you all! Dan a...

Friday, October 31, 2014. Bill's Berry Farm Adventures. After we picked up Ethan from school on Friday, the boys and I drove out to Bill's Berry Farm with our friends Jessie and Casey Neilson and their boys, and Elise and her boys. I packed the boys lunch and they are their PB&Js and applesauce pouches on the drive over. They ran up to this pumpkin scarecrow and were climbing up and knocking on the head. Ethan called it the "Pumpkin Man.". They played on a Hay Bale Fort. They fit perfectly for the sign.

Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Evolution of an Easter Picture. Easter is the time of year when everyone posts cute pictures of their kids in Easter outfits and everybody looks adorable. Well, my kids are. Cute but it took a while to get a picture that proved it. A handful of Easter candy later. The end picture was definitely worth the dozen or so I took while they were fighting over who got to stand in the center of the picture. I did manage to get pictures with Ethan though. Dan and Heather Pelfrey. Ethan a...

Wednesday, October 23, 2013. Utah, Football, and Marathons. Last month, Dan got really good tickets to the U of U football game through his Alumni football player friends so we made the drive down to Utah. It also happened to be the same weekend that my sister Lisa was running the Big Cottonwood Marathon. The trip down wasn't too bad. The DVD player, some packed sandwiches, and a new book made it go by fairly quickly. We made signs to hold up when they came down the finish line chute. Austin was a good c...
