gretchen gretchen: MAGNOLIA + CERAMICS
http://www.gretchengretchen.com/2015/05/magnolia-ceramics.html

As a creative it is awful to admit that without special reason some days are just more difficult than others. You know.that.block. And how to overcome it? The life goes on and you really have to be there when it does. I took them to my workspace and started to photograph them. I felt that they would make a nice combo with ceramics I've made this spring. My cera...This ...

A T S W I M - T W O - B I R D S: threeapple bowl
http://at-swim-two-birds.blogspot.com/2015/04/threeapple-bowl.html
April 26, 2015. I'm happy with this one, it's not that large - a threeapple size or a handfull of nuts :). The upper part is modeled on a foam ball, the foot is made by coiling;. The inside got a matte white glaze, the outside a glossy one after it was colored with black engobe - which turned out dark brown, but that's ok for me. Working with clay is fun :). Beautiful shape. Nice work :) Kx. Great shape and colour! When I last used a black slip, my pot went blue! Sweet measure of threeapples :).
