This is a big converted barn, with a large private garden and wonderful views across the fields. Sleeps 8 (2 doubles, 2 twins). Separate bath and shower room. Galleried landing with open plan sitting area and views. Cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, TV, music centre, dish washer, free wifi. Linen, towels, central heating by arrangement. This is the larger part of the farmhouse – a traditional French building on the grand scale with spacious rooms, flagstone floors and a timeless quality.

Poitiers is the capital of Vienne, just 45 minutes from Le Bouex, and the site of the nearest Airport with flights from England. Le Bouex is on the Western side of France. It is south of the Loire valley. There are many possible ways of getting there. Le Bouex is only 45 minutes from Poitier. This airport is served by Ryanair and with careful booking it is possible to fly from Stansted for less than the cost of the airport taxes. Once at the airport there is car hire available.
