Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; Free them from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:3-4. Saturday, November 30, 2013. A Place at the Table. Thanksgiving was awesome. I was blessed to have stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, and pumpkin bars, all because an amazing adoptive mom carried the ingredients in for me! Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Are you going with a man? Explaining to her that...

Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; Free them from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 82:3-4. Sunday, December 15, 2013. Help a momma out here! Magalitha's teacher liked our gift! And my finger is healed, hallelujah! JM learned how to eat a pancake roll-up&#...

Hartke Family Blog: Who Is This Girl?
http://hartke-family.blogspot.com/2012/02/who-is-this-girl.html
Our journey through stories and pictures. Friday, February 03, 2012. Who Is This Girl? That's what I was thinking today as I caught myself in the mirror every time I painstakingly reached my feet on the sit up board at the gym. I mean, really . . . a few months ago, the thought of spending an hour at the gym would have been laughable. I was sure I couldn't even do a push up, let alone spend an hour there. Monday, November 11, 2013. We celebrated two years of life with our Charlotte with chocolate cupcakes, family, friends, dogs, trampoline jumping and lots of balloons. Her favorite things. Charlotte LOVES baby Dashiell and calls all the baby dolls by his name. David wowed children and adults alike with his talented balloon artistry. Shy girl graciously listened to a room full of people singing to her. Are they almost finished, mom? Bran, Ava, and Joan. Lots of helpers for present opening. Just like on TV!
