Upstairs at one end of the building is the main house bathroom with hand shower in the bath, toilet and washbasin together with the small twin room facing east over looking the fells. At the other end is a shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle, and the double bedroom with bunks overlooking the village green. In between is a double bedroom and landing window with window seat overlooking the rear courtyard and fells in the distance. On The Ground Floor.

On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge, overlooking the large village green, with two sofas, window seat, electric woodburning stove ,TV with freesat, DVD recorder, books, and a telephone. The cosy dining room also overlooks the green, beside a further traditional stove, and TV and CD player. The private rear walled courtyard with garden furniture, is a quiet place to sit and enjoy the BBQ provided. On The Ground Floor.
