I really wish I could just dump my head upside down like a wastebasket and empty out all of the clutter and trash and nonsense and start over again. Thank you again gals for always welcoming me back. My schedule/eating disorder/ker-razy life is just so sporatic it's a wonder I ever get anything done. But I am feeling really good right now, craziness aside. Yesterday, on the other hand, was one of THOSE. But you know what? Going to learn how to love and accept.

I mean really, c'mon, if you know that someone is telling you lies and is controlling you, wouldn't it make sense to just RUN AWAY as fast as you can, instead of obeying them? My therapist warned me that soon the eating disorder would begin rearing it’s ugly head again because I have been progressing so well in my recovery. She said that it would put on a full-court press in an effort to get me to freak out and return back to anorexia. I believe that the full-court is happening right now.
