Monday, April 25, 2011. Tonight Sara, Michelle, and I made dinner for the missionaries we have in our area. We had enchiladas, rice, beans, guacamole, chips, and cake balls :). This is from the website, we didn't take any pictures of our actual meal :(. The recipe we used for the enchiladas is from http:/ www.kevinandamanda.com/recipes/dinner/creamy-chicken-enchiladas.html. A delicious meal and a fun night! With a LOT of clean up afterwards haha. A marvelous success, I would definitely make them again.

Saturday, February 12, 2011. Mac and Cheese :). I finally got around to making the mac and cheese from Carrie's recipe. It was delicious! Friday, February 4, 2011. Yoga, Cold Weather, and Bangs. Caroline and I finally made it to the yoga class and I really enjoyed it! We worked our hips and legs for the most part and I felt it the next day as I was power walking it across campus! Friday, October 31, 2014. Vacay Day 3 - Balloon Glow. Sunday we attempted to go to another Mass Ascension. We got up and 3:45 AM, met our school bus shuttle, got to the field and….waited….and waited….and waited….turns out the upper winds were too strong for the balloons to blow up and take off. Luckily I had an awesome green chili breakfast burrito and multiple hot chocolate so I wasn’t too disappointed. J. Vacations are the BEST! I’m so glad I was able to share it with Chris! Thursday, September 30, 2010. My stirfry and pasta adventures. So I've had a package of microwavable rice sitting in my pantry since last semester and I had a red bell pepper I was worried would go bad so I decided to make stir fry! I unintentionally bought a head of lettuce (I had meant for it to be cabbage) and chopped it up along with the red pepper and some slices of chicken and put them in the skillet. I cooked the rice and when it was all done I combined them altogether! Friday, September 24, 2010.

We did this probably three semesters ago, but just haven't had compatible schedules since then. We want to try a yoga class and also do some cardio on the machines.
