About | God and the Art of Marathoning
https://godnmarathon.wordpress.com/about
God and the Art of Marathoning. This blogg deals with two activities which occupy much of my time; running and contemplating life. The title is inspired by the book Zen and the Art of Motorcycle maintenance by Robert M. Pirsig. However, I am more familiar with Christian tradition than I am with Zen, and I work more on my running than I do on any motorcycle, thus the title; God and the Art of Marathoning. Why does it seem like I am wasting time, days, and life? Life is too short to waste even an iota of it. Yet we do. Or do we? How do you waste life? I suppose taking your life is a waste of life. But as long as you are living you are still. And therefore you are not. I understand what is meant by,. On the road again! Man k...
