Aircraft Carrier Akagi - Plastivitrine
http://plastivitrine.net.br/pap_akagi_lfm_9.html
Japanese aircraft carrier Akagi.

My Armour Models Collection: September 2010
http://armourmodels.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
My Armour Models Collection. Sunday, 19 September 2010. My current model making project is continuing with the weathering on my Chieftain MBT. My Chieftain has already had some weathering applied to it. In fact, it is one of only two of my models that has been weathered! I won't go into the reasons for this, I have already explained them elsewhere on these forums. Here are a couple of pictures, the 'Chipped' areas are the areas which appear to be shinier than the rest of the model. Links to this post.

My Armour Models Collection: Something Other Than Military...
http://armourmodels.blogspot.com/2013/06/something-other-than-military.html
My Armour Models Collection. Thursday, 6 June 2013. Something Other Than Military. I've recently returned to a genre I started out in about 15 years ago; HO scale fairground models. I originally 'inherited' a lot of Faller fairground models from my younger sister. I had them set up, somewhat precariously I must admit, on a board, perched on top of a cardboard box! And of course, the inevitable happened! The board got kicked, the models went flying, wires got tugged and short circuited! As can be seen fro...

My Armour Models Collection: January 2011
http://armourmodels.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
My Armour Models Collection. Tuesday, 18 January 2011. I'm currently in the process of adding the brake pipe, oil feeder and air hose details to my Dragon Wagon model. Although a lot of the detail that I'm adding won't be clearly visible on the completed model, I'm doing it as an exercise in seeing just how much detail I can add to it! Tamiya's Dragon Wagon may be the best Injection Moulded Plastic kit out there, but even that has room for improvement. I tried taking some pictures of the progress so far,...
