Brittany's Texan Table: Slow Cooked Smoky Chipotle Brown Sugar Chicken Tacos

http://brittanystexantable.blogspot.com/2011/11/as-many-of-my-friends-know-i-love-tacos.html

Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Slow Cooked Smoky Chipotle Brown Sugar Chicken Tacos. As many of my friends know, I love tacos. I love them so much that I do not refer to them as tacos, but as TACOOOOOS! And these tacos were absolutely amazing! An hour after I was done eating, the smoky chipotle flavors were still tickling my taste buds, making me want more! I found this recipe on a new blog I found called. Can You Stay for Dinner. Here is the recipe:. 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast. Subscribe to:...

Brittany's Texan Table: November 2011

Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Sausage and White Bean Stew with Escarole (or Spinach). This is a delicious soup/stew that is perfect for a cold night. An old roommate of mine, Andrea Bearce Duty, also loved to cook and this is one of the recipes I made sure to get from her before she moved out. It is simple to make, healthy, delicious and of course makes great leftovers. The other great thing about this recipe is it is very easy to make it more as a soup or as a stew. Here is the recipe:. 1 tsp olive oil.

Brittany's Texan Table: Hummus

http://brittanystexantable.blogspot.com/2011/11/hummus.html

Monday, November 14, 2011. Andy and I love hummus and snack on it quite frequently. For the most part we usually just buy original flavor, but occasionally we mix it up. So instead of purchasing hummus this last week, I decided to make it. It turned out great! Smooth and creamy, with a nice garlicky taste. Here’s the recipe:. 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, half the liquid reserved. 4 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, chopped. Black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Hope y'all love this!

Tuesday, September 6, 2011. I recently made the trek over to Dallas to celebrate Amy's 25th birthday. We had originally planned on doing dinner at Saint Ann in Dallas; however, since it was restaurant week it was impossible to get a table for our big group. Instead we did dinner at this incredible restaurant called The Dream Cafe. Me and Amy at dinner). JK: No Kidding: Tuscany

http://jknokidding.blogspot.com/2011/11/tuscany.html

Sunday, November 6, 2011. Days 1, 2, and 3 of our Europe trip were spent in Tuscany. Home base was this great little villa called Antico Borgo San Lorenzo. Pics below. After flying into Rome, driving to our villa, and not getting lost at all (sarcasm) we only had time to eat dinner at the restaurant in our villa, have a few glasses of wine, and go to sleep. Day 3 started out with a little prosecco breakfast (prosecco purchased from Il Borgo di Vescine the night before) in honor of Abbey's birthday. Then ...
