Tuesday, May 3, 2011. First Blog Post. Here goes nothing! I've been researching travel through Canada and it sound a bit nerve wracking but I've been told by several people that we'll be fine. Our itinerary will be as follows: (if all goes according to plan that is! Monday, May 9th - leave Elk River in am (likely around 7 or 8.). 12 hour drive to Billings, Montana. We'll find a hotel there for the night. Tuesday, May 10th - leave Billings, Montana around 7am. Arrive in Seattle, Washington around 7pm.

Tuesday, June 7, 2011. Things are going well in Ketchikan! I've been here for a few weeks now and have started getting really comfortable in town. Work is going great! I've had a few rough tours that have proven this job won't be easy all the way through. Break downs and very very slow drivers can make a good tour go bad really quickly.
