Our final long training walk is now out of the way. There really is no more that we can do to prepare ourselves physically for the big day. We can however take stock of what we have managed to achieve over the last six months in the hope that psychologically we can convince ourselves that we are now ready for the challenge. A very sunny but also windy Sunday 1st May found the whole Team (at last) setting out at 9am from the foot of the Downs on Eastbourne seafront on what has to be my favourite walk in the South East.
