brockheim design: July 2013
http://brockheim-design.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
BACK TO THE BEGINNING. Since placing this space into cyberstasis in June I've given plenty of thought as to how and when I should revive it. I never wished for Blogheim to remain dormant for long, only for enough time for me to formulate what I had been attempting to do all along, and today, Brockheim's official second anniversary seems the perfect day to relaunch the blog. One thing that I've never done is stick to any single medium, I guess I could be called a Multimediaist if that's actually a word?

NarrowBoat Bones: May 2006
http://mortimerbones.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html
A narrowboats journey through repair, cruising, and other joys of the english waterways. Thursday, May 25, 2006. It was rather wet last night and I have discovered some leaks on the boat. First of all the side hatch seems to have a gap large enough for water to poor into the boat from the gunwhale - I am not sure how I will this problem, but the whole frame could do with a bit of TLC so with anyluck I will be able to build (hahahaha) a new one which is a better fit. A narrowboats journey through repair, cruising, and other joys of the english waterways. Friday, March 31, 2006. Much clearing followed, and the trip continued. When I arrived in surrey I carried on what I started and here are those pictures:. The dismantling of the bunks:. And of the final kitchen unit that housed the sink. This was built very solidly, but a bit too low for me:. Posted by MortimerBones at 9:43 AM. Tuesday, March 21, 2006. What the boat looked like inside. View my complete profile. Mark ...

NarrowBoat Bones: April 2006
http://mortimerbones.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
A narrowboats journey through repair, cruising, and other joys of the english waterways. Friday, April 07, 2006. I bought the squirrell and all components from Uxbridge boat centre who have provided excellent service and care. I had been looking at it all until one very cold evening when I was so cold I thought I was going to be sick, so I went onto the roof with my drill and jigsaw and set to drilling a hole in the roof. It was so cold, my pint glass of water actually froze! The surround is fireproof bo...

There are free moorings for a lunchtime stop in Henley just before the bridge on the left when going downstream. The charity shops are worth a visit - I picked up a tails jacket when I was there! NarrowBoat Bones: November 2006
http://mortimerbones.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
A narrowboats journey through repair, cruising, and other joys of the english waterways. Wednesday, November 29, 2006. It was my birthday the other day would you like to sing to me? Several people did much to my delight. I had a fabulous day, I was spoilt rotten and loved every minute! I shall test all the plumbing tomorrow rather than this evening - I don't think I fancy dealing with various leaks today! Although the plumbing took quite a bit out of me, I am now sitting here feeling rather warm! But ash...
