Sunday, January 11, 2009. Thursday, January 8, 2009. Kade began opening his gifts after his morning nap and opened one every couple hours through the day. His favorite part was playing with the wrapping paper, bows, and cards. He got his football from his Grandma and Grandpa Wilson. Kaden loved the frosting. Sunday, August 17, 2008. Back to the Grind. Well things have been a little crazy the past few weeks. I am back to work and things are going pretty good. I only have only 22 students in my class right now so that is a major plus. I am sure I will get a few more soon because traditional schools starts this week. Now we have two dogs and two. Sunday, February 21, 2010. My Baby is Eight! I can't believe it. I won't allow it! In the end there was nothing I could do about it, except throw him a party. Russ thought it would be fun to tie a balloon to Pie dog. Our first game was to guess the number of Legos in the jar. The winner got to take home a box of Mega Blocks (like Legos, but cheaper). This is the first cake I made on Jonathan's actual bday. It did not make the final cut. I think a good time was had by all....

Wednesday, December 3, 2008. Well it has been a month since we last posted anything. We did the poll on our last post and never got on to say how much he actually weighed at his last visit. He weighed 20 lbs. but apparently he doesn't look it. The camera must add 5 lbs. I will also try and stay away from horizontal strips. Maybe I will start putting him in black too. We went through our camera from the last month and saw we had taken lots of photos of Kade's hair. Here are a few of our favorites.

Friday, January 1, 2010. We headed down to temple square so see the lights. Kade loved being around all the people and the lights. It was really busy downtown so we had to park far away and were freezing on the way back to our car. This was supposed to be a family picture but somehow Mike got out of it. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Fun in the Sun. On our way to the beach house after a long day of traveling. We woke Kade up at 5:30 am to catch our flight. He only slept about a half hour of our 5 hours on the plane. Luckily he slept pretty much our entire ride in the car from the airport to the house. (3 hours). My sister, Keri, and I. We made a quick stop in Virginia Beach for dinner, a stroll on the boardwalk, and shopping. Kade posing for a picture before heading off to the beach. Playing in the sand.

Thursday, October 29, 2009. This update is for Grandma Pam since she was so kind to make Kade's vest and chaps for his Halloween costume. Since I haven't updated our blog since August I decided to put some other pictures on because who knows when I will update it again. For Labor Day we took a trip to Colorado to visit family and we were able to get out on the boat one last time. The water was pretty cold but Kade didn't seem to mind.
