The Adventures of Bruce and Brecklyn. The Newest, Most Scariest Adventure! At 14 weeks, we visited Bruce's Mom at her work (on labor and delivery) and she and a resident gave us an ultrasound just for fun. After only four weeks, our little peanut now looked like a baby with a beautiful face, and arms, and legs, and EVERYTHING. It was amazing to see how he'd grown in such a short time. At 19 weeks, we had our big ultrasound, where we learned that our little friend is a little boy! Proudly powered by Weebly.

The Adventures of Bruce and Brecklyn. This month we spent a week in Island Park with my family. It was a blast, we fished, and went to Yellowstone. It was so much fun spending time together, and being outside in the sunshine! We saw tons of animals in yellowstone, including elk (too many), bison, (too close, story to come) a wolf, a coyote, a marmot, and TWO GRIZZLY BEARS. The Adventures of Bruce and Brecklyn. Day one: 8 lbs 3 oz. Year one: 22 lbs 6 oz. Day one: 22 1/2 inches. Year one: 32 inches (99th percentile. crazy.). He is such a funny happy baby. Here are a few of his favorite things. Foods: fruit and veggie smoothies (he even loves kale), broccoli soup, cheerios, apples and cinnamon oatmeal, and bananas. Activities: dragging a wrapping paper tube around the apartment, reading books, playing the piano, going on walks, and going fishing with Daddy. Hi, and moo.

Wednesday, November 19. I said goodbye to primary on Sunday. It made me sad. I loved primary. it was happy, simple, and fun. The saying " All I need to know I learned in Primary" is true; Heavenly Father, Jesus, Prayer, Faith, Families and choosing the right. It was my turn for sharing time. After the lesson, starting to close by bearing my testimony I said I was sad. One cute five year old boy looked up at me concerned and asked, "Why? Why are you sad? Oh, that is sad.". Friday, July 10. Our little man turned 2 on Wednesday. These last few years have flown by. Gavin warms my heart and makes me smile. He has a feisty side but can be so sweet. He loves dinosaurs and makes the best dinosaur growls! We're slightly concerned that he doesn't talk hardly at all, but we're checking into it and hopefully one of these days he'll burst out with full sentences. His growls and grunts are just too cute! Josh was slow to talk as well and now he has the best vocabulary of all our kids :).
