Friday, August 14, 2015. Tonight was the Back to School Picnic at Heritage. We went with a western theme this year and had the picnic catered by a company that provided hot dogs, pulled chicken, potato salad, and beans. There were a few games to play and a move to end the night. Kailani helped me collect dinner tickets and pass out raffle tickets. Saturday, August 29, 2015. Today we had 2 away games. Zachary's game was against Menifee at Steeele Canyon High School. Thankfully we didn't have to make the long drive up to Menifee. The flag team won 21-6. So far they are on a roll! The kids each got these awesome Broncos hats! Kailani's team played Skyline at Morse High School. They won 50-6. What a great game! Saturday, January 31, 2015. Today Kailani started off-season cheer with the Island Warriors. Most of the Broncos players (football and cheer) play for the Island Warriors during the off-season. I heard that a Bronco parent actually started the Island Warrior league just for that purpose. She will practice on Saturday mornings for 7 weeks and then practice will start two nights per week. Jim, Tiffany, Colin, Rylee, and Mason. Saturday, February 5, 2011. Okay, so I know it has been a long time since I posted! I have been busy! We went home for a week at christmas, came back and then turned around a week and a half later to go back. There was a death in my family. It was great to see everyone again, but a lot of driving! Tuesday, August 4, 2015. I'm glad my girls love nature and gross things like frogs, worms and such because they truly loved being out in Pungo (minus the deer flies! They'd catch a random frog during the day, but had two specific frog hunting nights with the neighbor girls (ew! Luke and I sat out the first hunt (it was past bedtime) but I'm pretty sure they caught around 30 frogs (I think they are actually toads). Luke with a frog on his knee! I think he was playing dead in hopes of being set free!
