Since much of the cooking has already been done, most of the recipes below can be ready in 30 minutes or less. Large package of corn tortillas (or make your own). 1 pound of macaroni, cooked and drained. 3 cups of homemade chili (more if desired). 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Crust for one pizza. 1 cup of homemade chili.

Some people like to brown their ground beef in oil, but I much prefer the softer texture that results from boiling it in a bit of water. Be sure you start with a large stock pot and stir often! Homemade Chili for a Crowd. 5 pounds lean ground meat. 6 cups of water. 2 #3 (large) cans of diced tomatoes. 4-8oz cans of tomato sauce. 2 large onions, diced.
