Esta tarta de limón y merengue es la preferida de mi mamá (y eso que no es muy dulcera) y la verdad que a mí me encanta también, me hace acordar cuando estaba embarazada de mi primer princesa y vivía en Argentina , la panadería de al lado de casa vendía estos lemon pie en mini tartaletas que eran mi perdición! 15gr mantequilla sin sal. 1 yema (la clara para el merengue). 170gr de harina todo uso.
