I LOOVE e-mealz and am highly recommending it! If anything, just take a look and see all the different meal plans they offer. I went with el-basic "Wal-Mart for 2". You may choose a low-carb or low-fat plan or family plans for 4-7 people. AND it provides you with a shopping list too! It is pretty neat and EXTREMELY cost effective!
