We are approximately 12 miles north of Carmarthen. From the A40 at Carmarthen (near Glangwili Hospital) take the A485 towards Lampeter. Travel through the villages of Peniel, Rhydargaeau, Pontarsais and Alltwalis. At the top of Alltwalis Hill, fork left after passing Windy Corner Garage and onto the B4459 to Pencader. At the bottom of this hill turn left – just inside the Pencader 30 mph zone – signposted Dolgran and Llanpumpsaint. (The road here doubles-back on itself.). Proudly powered by WordPress.

Electric power is provided by our own Proven 6kW wind generator. And, as we are still grid-connected, any excess we generate is fed back onto the grid. Under-floor heating and hot water is provided by a Ground Source Heat Pump. We harvest, filter and store rainwater. For toilet flushing. All decoration has been carried out using environmentally friendly paints and finishes. Sound insulation requirements have been met by using sheep’s wool – Thermafleece. We have our own mini sewerage treatment plant.
