Day 37 (13th Sept) Swakopmund R R. September 14, 2011. Breakfast at Bundu n Sea. Two people have to move out as there weren’t enough rooms to accommodate us all – Marlene and Ken opted to move. Went to Atlantic Villa Guesthouse … 3 kms north of Swakop. Definitely worth a second visit … with The Wreck restaurant on the beachfront. Rest of us visited Walvis and had lunch there. Weather changes four times a day in Swakop … cold Atlantic winds keep the town at a frosty 13 C. This entry was posted in Namibia.

Jess rode on the bikes and she said she was singing Gloria Hallelujah as they travelled through 80kms of fog. Her jeans were soaked and visibility was limited. All in all had a great ride … on roads that were a pleasure to ride. We all met at Safari Lodge in Windhoek where we had a quick lunch.
