March 24, 2015. Vegan no bake chocolate mousse cake. Can I just say how impressed I am by this cake? And let's talk about the texture. This cake is so creamy and smooth, like a mousse cake. I would never in a million years guess that a piece of this cake is actually pretty good for you. Almost too good to be true, right? If you compare this cake to the last one I made ,. This one is definitely more like a mousse cake while the other one is a bit more like ice cream. NO BAKE CHOCOLATE VEGAN MOUSSE CAKE.

The idea of a vertical cake might not be world-changing, I know, but I've been thinking about using roll cakes as "regular" layer cakes for quite some time now. I think I jotted it down on one of my 1000 post-its (which by the way, almost never make sense), but I never got around to trying it until now. Fredag 10 januari 2014. Nu är glada julen slut. Så, precis när julpyntet åkt ner och granen kastats ut,. Det känns nästan lite snopet för nu har. Man ju snarare börjat längta efter vår och värme istället. För snö och minusgrader. Men det är nog bara att gilla. Läget då det ju trots allt är närmare tre månader kvar innan. Våren vanligtvis kommer hit för att stanna - och jag kan ju. Tänka mig att det finns en hel del överlyckliga barn som. Nu jublar över möjligheten att snart kanske få plocka fram.

Sunnuntai 5. heinäkuuta 2015. Remontti on loppusuoralla ja muutettukki jo on mutta mun päivitykset laahaa pahasti jäljessä. Laitetaan nyt vaikka tämän kauheen kiireen ja kaikenlaisen tohinan syyksi. Aloitimme remontin purkamalla lattian, sen kolme kerrosta siis. Päällimmäisenä oli muovimatto, joka lähti irti sen kun rullaamalla. Muovimaton alta löytyi Linoleumia ja ihan karsee haju kahden tiiviin lattiamateriaalin välistä. Linoleumikin lähti kohtuullisella voimalla irti lattiasta. Jes, ne saatiin esille!

When Edi and Jacqueline brought home a large batch of them from their usual weekend grocery tour, I immediately got the idea to use some of them for baking. Here comes a really simple, but delicious cake I found in this lovely book. I added some vanilla seeds to the dough because apricot and vanilla always strikes me as a winner combination. Slightly adapted from "Fräulein Klein lädt ein"). 1 teaspoon baking powder. Icing sugar for dusting.
