Fried Halloumi with Tomato Sauce. January 13, 2015. One of the best things about visiting home is my mom’s bread – fresh, homemade, and delicious. She makes this recipe at least once a week, freezing two of the loaves to preserve their freshness until they’re ready to be eaten. Candace's Journey to Health. A Necessary Lifestyle Change. Day 8: Food Diary. Spinach, eggs, grapefruit. Smoothie- strawberry, pineapple, peaches, banana, almond milk. Turkey, carrots, celery, onion– home made soup. Carrots, cucumber, GF salt and vin chips. 45 yoga, 45 min dog walk. Day 7: Food Diary. I wasn`t feeling well today, felt flu-y. So I didn`t eat much. Bacon, eggs, grapefruit. Left over GF brownies. Home made soup- turkey, carrots, celery, rice, onions. Day 6: Food Diary. But we used GF flour.
