Anyone like Zuppa Toscana at Olive Garden? Well, I've been playing in the kitchen and recreated two of my fave O.G. recipes. The Zuppa Toscana and the eggplant Parmesan. So, I thought I'd share my yummy finds. Sorry, no pics. I was too busy eating. 1 lb ground Italian sausage. 1 large diced white onion. Ah, love it.
