I am a firm believer that every woman should have a pair of stilettos in her closet. I don’t care if you will never be able to walk in them. Recetas familiares y de cocineros profesionales. 250grs de harina de fuerza. 25grs de aceite de oliva. 12grs de levadura fresca. En un bol ponemos la harina, el aceite, la sal y el azúcar, en el agua disolvemos la levadura y la incorporamos. Integramos bien todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa suave, hacemos una bola con ella y la dejamos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño. Una nueva manera de comer pan ;).
