Monday, June 2, 2008. 1Everything add in.Then rest for 20 minits. 2Roll it and fold it. 3Round up make it very tight. 4Cut them into pieces. 5Steam for 20 to 30 minit.Off the fire and rest for 2 minit. The pao should soft and white.Nice to chew. And my pao doesn't look like pao. The dough is very nice because that day just rain and the weather is very cold. So it came out had a very nice texture. So the taste and the smell of honey is very strong.And you dun have to add sugar,ccause honey contain lots of natural sugar in it. It can keep for along time cause is very sweet. I seperated the dough into 2.1 is to make the bread like a toast bread.1 loaf of bread. Another dough i round it up and put some parmeson cheese on it.i brush some egg yolk in the dough to make it shinny and golden colour.

The reason i gave it that name is because.It look like sponge cake.But is so soft and the level is high so is looks like a chiffon cake. I never learn this in college before,so i decide to give it a try. A egg yolk -4. B All purpose flour/cake flour 120g. Baking powder - 3g. Vanilla essence - 5g. C Egg White - 4. Tartar powder - 2g. A- All mix in , (Egg yolk first ).beat till it looks smooth. B add in A. Beat C,The fold it in 1/3 per time.

Monday, June 2, 2008. Today i bake custard.PLus the caremel that my col teach. I try to cook it a few times.either the sugar wont melt or it get burn easily. LolzBut at last i get 1 that look and smell like a caremel.Brown colour. But then the sugar didn't melt .so when u eat it.u still can eat the sugar in it. And it stick to my teeth. I had mistaken than my caremel put on top of custard after bake. Should be under the custard before bake. =. Anyway.it came out the taste quite ok. Rum and Raisin Icecream.
