One Canadian's journey of working, learning, and living after cancer. Sunday, December 22, 2013. Week 1 of BZ adventure. December 20 - 27, 2013. We drove with my brother aka "the Grump" to Florida to see my parents. Took us 21.5 hours non stop with no problems. Got there in 30 degree weather, hit the pool, casino, shopping and most of all rested. We knew we needed some rest before we started own other adventures. My parents are doing great and we celebrated Christmas with so much fun. True To My Word.

I tried this a few weeks ago, and my new shoes blistered the bejeezus out of my feet. They make special running socks. They are worth the investment. 2 If you jiggle now, you will jiggle 10xs worse when you run. 3 Get a good bra. Running hurts the boobs.period. 4 Invest in good shoes. 5 The walk-run is an AWESOME way to start.
