Combine lime juice, olive oil, chili pepper, cumin, oregano, sage, and pepper to taste. 2 Put chicken breasts into marinade. 3 Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. This would probably be better as grilled chicken but I didn't want to take the time to grill. 1 Cut peaches (or nectarines) in half and remove pit.
