Next Level Climbing: January 2012
http://nextlevelclimbing.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 8, 2012. To finish off the day we headed to Kraft and checked out Bubble Butt V7. Bubble Butt has been my nemesis since arriving in Vegas. This would be my third session and I still hadn't figured out the crux move. Well after a few tries and simply applying proper technique I managed to pull of a send of this iconic problem just as the sun was falling behind the hills. Here are a few shots of our day in the Calico Basin:. Cache trying not to fall asleep. Drop the Tranny V4.

the life and times of Sheralee: July 2009
http://sheraleelofo.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
The life and times of Sheralee. Friday, July 31, 2009. Aubree turned 18 on wednesday! I can't believe how old she is! We were watching old home videos on Sunday and it showed Aubree's 4 year old slip n slide birthday party. We decided it would be fun to throw another slip n slide party, this time on a much larger scale. We made a 75 foot long slip n slide. It was so fun! Nobody ate any of the otter pops I bought though. I should have planned better and got hot chocolate instead! Monday, July 27, 2009.

Exploring the world of climbing through exercise science…. Sunday, May 13, 2012. If you don't have easy access to different climbing areas, a System Board is a great way to vary your climbing experiences at home. The hexagons would be the system holds and the squares would be the footholds. If you remember from the previous blog post, when we are developing schemas we want to change only one aspect of the skill at a time. The climber starts with both hands on the yellow system hold. Use the same sequence...
