Sunday, August 29, 2010. We have been very busy. I went back to work two weeks ago and last week was our first week with students. I have 22 students and they are all wonderful. Steven is still crying when he goes to "school" but we are hoping that will change soon. He really needs to go consistently and that will happen now that I am working too! Will post pics soon! Saturday, February 27, 2010. Our church has a wonderful parent co-op program for 2 and 3 year olds. Steven would be old enough to attend next year in the 2yr old class. I signed him up on the wait list but was informed this week that he did not make it into the class. He will remain on the list and hopefully a spot will open over the summer. Saturday, April 17, 2010. I have grown to love Steven's curls but they were overpowering his "cuteness" so I decided we were getting a haircut today! He did remarkably well until the end when he saw all of his hair on his leg and the floor. Then he became quite upset! We keep asking him if he likes his haircut and he says, "Nnnoooope! Sunday, March 28, 2010. Gi-Gi and Ba-Ba came to visit us for a week while they were down in Tampa for a reunion. Steven loved spending time with them. They took such good care of him. We were sad when they had to leave! Mel enjoys projects so we kept him busy. He put in a peep-hole, chain on the top of the door (Steven can escape), lighting in Steven's room, new outlet in the livingroom, and hardware on all cabinets! I probably missed something! Monday, December 17, 2012. Heart of Texas Bowl. Josh's football team was invited to play in a bowl game this year in Texas on December 1st, and I decided on the Thursday before that I couldn't miss the game on Saturday. I booked a ticket for me and Lilypie to fly over with Uncle Brady. We left at 6:30am on Saturday, and returned at 6:30am on Sunday. I'm sure Uncle Brady was "so" excited to have us along on his plane ride! He was a HUGE help though, and fortunately, Lily was great the whole time!
