Cuando enfermé con menos de un año, al empezar a tomar papillas de trigo, una serie de afortunadas casualidades hicieron que, al llegar a urgencias, un médico, cuya compañera estudiaba la enfermedad, detectara a la primera que lo mío no era otra cosa que celiaquía. En esos tiempos lo único que había 'sin gluten' eran esas tortas de maíz o arroz.
