Minky Knits: Where in the world...?
http://minkyknits.blogspot.com/2013/04/where-in-world.html
April 17, 2013. Where in the world? It seems that I have been away for more than a year. Let's see, what did I do in the last year? I travelled a lot with Japan and Antarctica being this year's highlights. I did a lot of crafty things at Gather Here like sewn garments, patchwork home accessories, cabled fingerless mitts using crochet, and sashiko. I did some knitting. No, really, I am more than halfway through my 2012 New Beginnings project from the KR retreat. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Casting Away: April 2006
http://castingaway.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Adventures in sailing and knitting, with lots of kitty references. Wednesday, April 12, 2006. I've spoken before about my knitting ADD. Well, I've come across another project to distract me from the Vine Lace Cardigan. And then I was talking to my dad and found out that my 4 year old niece, T, has rediscovered the bunny I made for her last Easter (from Debbie Bliss. Its her newest bedtime buddy and she even insists on going through the ritual of removing his sweater before going to sleep. SWEET! I drive ...

Quick dinner | Casting Away
https://castingaway.wordpress.com/2013/11/06/quick-dinner
Casting on yarn and casting off the lines. November is World Vegan Month. November 6, 2013. After having a larger, heavier lunch, I didn’t know if I would be hungry for dinner. At the last minute I threw together a diced sweet potato, canned black beans (drained and rinsed), garlic, and salsa into a pan and sautéed/steamed it. Topped with hot sauce. Yum! Casting Away: October 2006

Adventures in sailing and knitting, with lots of kitty references. Tuesday, October 24, 2006. I may have mentioned that I have gotten into crochet lately. I am having a lot of fun with it. It was a beautiful "heirloom" baby blanket pattern that got me back into it. Unfortunately, I let it go out the door without a picture. I'm hoping that the recipient decides to take a picture of her baby with it and send me a copy. Posted by bonitapita @ 9:18 PM. Tuesday, October 17, 2006. Where has the summer gone.

Adventures in sailing and knitting, with lots of kitty references. Saturday, June 10, 2006. But absolutely no good reason for my lack of blogging over the last 2 (? Months. I've been more of a reader- addicted to my bloglines and youtube.com. But it took going to Jess' website. Tonight and seeing her post about Calla. I love the way it makes me look like I have a bigger chest than I really do! Posted by bonitapita @ 9:39 PM. Maryland, United States. View my complete profile. Cast-On:A Podcast for Knitters.

More yummy food! | Casting Away
https://castingaway.wordpress.com/2013/11/11/more-yummy-food
Casting on yarn and casting off the lines. November 11, 2013. The last few days have been mostly throwing together things I have in my fridge and not really following recipes as much. For instance, I needed to use some CSA greens but wasn’t in the mood for a cold salad so I put them in a breakfast green smoothie. I added carrots, radishes, Asian pear, banana and celery (nearly the kitchen sink). It was my after-run smoothie, too. Hope your month is going well. Responses to “More yummy food! Summer of Soc...
