It's been a great weekend- especially with the extra hour we had by turning our clocks back. This day just felt so long. Which has been great! Friday, November 22, 2013. Preschool week 12 (letter Hh, number 6 and Gideon). I had Oliver find a rock and we tore up orange tissue paper and glued it down to the rock (with only elmers glue too! I had Oliver build a stream out of his legos, then showed him how the men were chosen by how they drank from the stream. He liked practicing this one, but only a couple times, then he was done! Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Can you hear it? The jubilant shouts coming from this direction? We made it through a whole week! Really, it wasn't that rough. It was fun, and I know Oliver enjoyed it as much as me! Here is what we did to wrap up the week. He was excited to see them! And I told him what day of creation they were, what God made and continued to ask him again, while pointing to them to help him remember. I also took a shot of him doing our weather on the calendar. He loves this part so much!

Thursday, November 17, 2011. Baby boy at 5 months old. Tomorrow he will be 6 months old, already half a year old! His 5th month has been a busy one. We have struggled with sickness the last couple weeks. We've had congestion, fever, ear infections, a slight case of pink eye, and with the cold weather brings eczema and skin sensitivity. Hopefully we are on the healing end of everything and will be all better by Thanksgiving next week. Another milestone this month is his 1st AND 2nd teeth! All ready for bed.

Sunday, June 7, 2009. What happened to my little boy? This past Friday night our Christian school had their graduation and awards ceremony. There were four seniors graduating and two graduating from kindegarten, one of which, was our little boy, David! All I can say is.my, where does the time go? We will all miss her dearly! Well, here are some pics from the evening. The two kindegartners waiting for the ceremony to begin! I think he did a great job! Now that's a look of a confident first-grader-to-be!

Monday, September 29, 2008. Just a relaxing day. We had such a relaxing morning here at home today. It's so nice when Monday comes with our Sundays being so busy and jam-packed! I was busy around the house doing laundry, cleaning, organizing some more, and just being with my boys! The boys love to be home, especially my little David. They were busy with their own things to do - playing with their toys, cleaning some things in their room, and most importantly, playing with Play-doh! What a great invention!

They demolished the one that used to be there, and have been preparing the land for building ever since. And preparing the land. Aaaand preparing that land some more. We know they're out there doing something. We see the large machines working the land nearly every day. But seriously.build that thing already. And yet they keep readying the land.
